- Pet toys showing signs of chewing, excessive wear, damage, or missing parts.
Pet Beds & Comfort
- Pet beds and comfort products showing signs of use, stains, odours, pet hair, damage, or misuse.
Pet Grooming & Care
- Grooming and care products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.
Pet Feeding Accessories
- Feeding accessories returned used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or not in their original condition.
Additional exclusions may apply to:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products returned after the applicable return period.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Unused items that meet the return eligibility requirements may qualify for a return under this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that appears damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
